At Kabira, every piece is carefully selected and crafted with attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags must be attached.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
✔ Size-related issues
✔ Damaged products received
✔ Incorrect product received
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items returned without original tags
- Products purchased during special clearance sales (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or exchange if approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Kabira will cover the return shipping cost.
For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
